Jeremy’s areas of expertise cover a wide range of services, including commercial, civil and employment litigation dealing with  contract disputes, negligence claims, insolvency and fraud.   He has many years experience dealing with international claims.

On a day to day basis Jeremy  deals with cases involving employees, banks (and other regulated financial institutions), contractors, directors, franchises, partners, professionals and  shareholders.  He can also assist with reputation management, dealing with adverse press whether by  television, radio or via digital media.

Jeremy  has many years experience dealing with litigation in all divisions of the High Court, the Commercial Court, the Employment Tribunals and the Court of Appeal.

Cases have included substantial matters (including those against major clearing banks where he has been successful in the Court of Appeal), together with employment disputes, including unfair dismissal/reinstatement and whistle-blowing.  Jeremy has dealt with international fraud claims and has an overall career success rate at trial of over 90%.

Reported cases include the first case in which The Convention on Human Rights was successfully used in a private property dispute (Beaulane Properties Limited v Palmer), and an employment dispute against the Royal Mail in which our successful client was awarded damages both for unfair dismissal and failure to reinstate.
