After finishing his degree in Management Sciences, Tim turned down offers from some of London’s leading international advertising agencies to pursue a career in law. His areas of expertise cover a broad range of corporate and commercial matters central to which is his ability to create and understand complex legal agreements.
A typical day for Tim will be spent dealing with clients most of whom either have a long standing relationship with Tim (or our other partners), or who have been recommended to him by other professionals. Tim’s clients include many world famous personalities and sports stars who rely on him to deal with their contracts, their intellectual property and their business arrangements generally.
Tim has many years experience dealing with a diverse range of corporate matters from start up to sale or flotation; from mergers and demergers to acquisitions and disposals and for both employers and employees Tim deals with the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, policies and disputes.
Fishman Brand Stone act for both lenders and borrowers and Tim is experienced in drafting and negotiating all forms of loan agreements and security on behalf of borrowers, banks and other lenders.
